Summary: Hotel needs updating. Carpets to paint to lounge to spa. Everything seems old and used and not fresh. Alot of band aid fixes going on. What's up with your complimentary breakfast include in your nightly charge. Worst hotel breakfast I have ever encountered at a hotel.

Summary: We had the best 2 night getaway! The hotel is beautiful and everyone from the valet, reception, bar tenders, wait staff and manager were so friendly and engaging!! Great location to walk all around the downtown area! Loved the hot tub area!!

Summary: Best part of hotel is hot springs. Didn’t have any massage openings. Be aware there is like zero sound proofing. We could hear every word from other room. Sounded like people were in our room, we could hear drunk girls yelling all night. Beds are very uncomfortable and the pillows are trash! The sheets are rough and felt cheap!! Sad for the amount of money should upgrade beds and pillows.

Summary: Overall-the hotel is beautiful and clean. Parking is pretty much in the back of the hotel so it’s around a 2-3 minute walking distance (they do offer valet right in front of the hotel which I believe is free but of course need to tip anytime you need to move vehicle). I arrived late Friday night and called the spa Sat morning to book a couples massage (there were signs advertising appts available). They didn’t have any openings until Monday apperently so couldn’t book the spa. The other disappoint was the hot tub outside or springs (official title though somewhat deceiving). The hot tub outside is very small and it is very awkward to be in there with even 1 other person (you’re better off using the hot tub in your room)-not even kidding. Such a disappointment since it’s the main reason I spent what I spent staying at this hotel which is far from cheap in price. One of the largest issues I faced as a 32 year old 150 lb female was the oversized furniture issue in the room. You need to walk very carefully and slowly to not nah your leg/foot/whichever look it may be across the room/bathroom. The furniture is very oversized and sticks out causing you to bang your extremities easily. It’s all wood/ceramic type so good luck banging any part of your body. Unfortunately I banged my right ankle pretty bad (blue/swollen/painful) on the trash bucket in the room (5 minutes after arriving). My ankle is still busted. You all have been warned. Not worth the money-cheaper options in downtown!
